One of the most under-rated and under-used powers is the power of Mentoring. A good mentor is like Google maps ,gives you bird's eye view and right direction , warns you in advance of key bottlenecks ,suggests alternate options to improve your efficiency and effectiveness , brings you on track if you lose sight of your goal and above all is always available and accessible for help . Ofcourse similar to Gmaps , Mentee needs to trust the mentor , listen carefully , ask right questions and stay connected with him always . While mentorship may be 'Gyaan 'for some , but if pursued in right spirit can be a big "Vardaan " for many .

Most of us spend a lot of time thinking/ planning about overcoming fear of competition . But what really holds us back and creates a self -doubt in our mind are our own fears .We all have our fears ,and most of the time we keep playing hide and seek with them .To be frank it is quite difficult too, accepting and acknowledging your own fears as it makes us look weak in our own eyes and that's the reason why we externalize the reason for most of our failures . But the strongest kick u can get is by decimating your own fears . Try picking up one of your fear(physical,emotional , social) and overcome it ! Once you do that , there will be no fear of fears!

One of the big temptation we face often is when we are asked to 'add value'to an idea/piece of work .While it is absolutely ok & fair to share the same if we genuinely feel that there are gaps and we can help in plugging them.But there are cases,where we know that either we don't have relevant knowledge or the piece of work is full-proof.

But we still point out gaps for self gratification and look smarter in front of others.This can be quite confusing & demotivating for others .Instead , lets direct them to relevant contact /appreciate them for their superb work .Sometimes the best way to add value is by not attempting to "unnecessarily" add value.
