Lot of times we attribute the failure /low performance in a task /project to lack of adequate skill. However most of the times, we are only scratching the surface. The root cause in most of such cases can be lack of strong will. Strong will is the biggest self motivator and one of the most critical element required to increase the chances of success. Strong will in most cases will automatically accelerate the pace of acquiring missing skill. The reverse however may not be true. So if you are in doubt, while considering someone for a role /task, put your bets on strong will.#TAGGlines
